Perhaps They Should Have Tested More in 2011




2011 saw more "interesting" bugs show up in the news.  Perhaps these companies should have tested more?



Jaguar's cruise control sometimes wants to stay in control

Bright House customers couldn't use their phone, cable and high-speed Internet services. Hey - that means they couldn't get to All Things Quality either!  Tsk, tsk.
