Interesting. This list shows how widespread mistaken beliefs about quality are. Virtually every single one of these phrases is a "reification fallacy" - making the mistake of thinking that something abstract is real. Quality is a relationship (In Weinberg's words, "quality is value to some person"), not a concrete thing you can bump your elbow on.
